Participant Health Status and Accident Insurance

  1. Participants must verify that they are in good health to complete the race course.
  1. In the event of physical abnormalities during the race, immediately stop the race and request assistance from medical staff and race officials.
  1. The organizer will subscribe to organizer liability insurance. This insurance covers damages caused by the fault of the organizer and the operating company. Accidents during the race such as speeding, center line crossing, lack of skills, road damage, collisions between participants, and accidents with all moving objects on the road are recognized as accidents due to the participant's carelessness, and the responsibility lies with the participant. No objections can be raised to anyone, and the organizer and the operating company are not responsible except for emergency measures.
  1. Participants are encouraged to purchase accident insurance at their own expense for the duration of the race. The organizer is not responsible for risks arising from participants not purchasing individual insurance, except for on-site emergency measures and hospital transfers in emergencies, and participants will not be able to receive insurance benefits. Also, in the case of secondary hospital transfers, the transfer costs must be borne by the participant. The organizer is also not responsible for bicycle damage that occurs during transportation by return trucks, etc.

※ In the event of an accident due to the organizer's fault, excluding the above, payment will be made according to the terms of the organizer's liability insurance.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Youngwol Mediofondo and participants regarding the use of various events and related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by Youngwol Mediofondo (hereinafter referred to as "Youngwol Mediofondo"), which is operated and managed by Sohwaso Co., Ltd.

※ These terms also apply to online participation applications and related services conducted through electronic media such as PC, mobile, and wireless.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Youngwol Mediofondo" refers to an online service configured by Sohwaso Co., Ltd. to perform event operation agency services and enable participants to apply for event participation and use related services using information and communication facilities.

② "User" refers to anyone who accesses Youngwol Mediofondo and uses the services provided by Youngwol Mediofondo in accordance with these terms, including both participants and non-participants.

③ "Participant" refers to a person who registers as a participant in accordance with the procedures set by Youngwol Mediofondo and can continuously use the services.

④ "Non-participant" refers to a person who uses some services provided by Youngwol Mediofondo without registering as a participant.

Article 3 (Publication, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms)

① Youngwol Mediofondo will post the terms and operator information (name, representative's name, address, phone number, email, business registration number, etc.) on the initial screen for easy access by participants.

② Youngwol Mediofondo must clearly notify participants of important information such as participation cancellation, liability, and refund conditions through separate screens or pop-ups before participants agree to the terms.

③ Youngwol Mediofondo may amend the terms within the scope of not violating relevant laws.

④ When amending, the effective date and reasons will be announced on the initial screen from 7 days before the effective date, and in the case of unfavorable amendments, from 30 days before.

⑤ The amended terms apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date, and the previous terms apply to existing contracts. However, exceptions are made when existing participants request the application of the amended terms and Youngwol Mediofondo agrees.

⑥ Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by relevant laws and commercial practices.

Supplementary Provisions

These terms will be effective from December 1, 2025.
