Cancellation & Refund Policy

This refund policy applies only to applicants for the Youngwol Mediofondo cycling event.

Participants may request a refund in the following cases:

1) Within 10 days after completing the participation application 2) When the event itself cannot proceed due to natural disasters, calamities, etc.

However, refunds may not be possible if the following items have already been ordered or production has begun: - Timing chips - Race numbers (bib numbers) - Souvenirs and personal supplies - Other personalized items

Refunds are restricted or not possible in the following cases:

1) When the order or production of items for individual participants has already begun

2) When requesting a refund after 10 days from the application date for the following reasons: - Schedule changes - Personal circumstances - Simple change of mind - Personal reasons such as health or condition

In these cases, partial or full refunds are not possible.

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1) Submit a refund request through the operations office phone or website customer center

2) The refund request must include the following information: - Participant name - Contact information - Reason for refund

3) The operations office will notify you of the review results within 5 business days after receiving the request.

4) If the refund is approved, it will be processed to the account designated by the participant within 5 days from the approval date.

The following costs may be deducted from the refund amount:

• Costs already incurred or reservation costs during event preparation
• Production costs in progress
• Bank transfer fees or costs borne by the participant

① If the event itself is canceled or postponed entirely → Full refund of the participation fee

② If the schedule, location, or content is changed Participants can choose one of the following: - Accept the changed conditions - Request a refund

If the changed conditions are not accepted, a full refund will be provided.

This refund policy is applied based on relevant laws of the Republic of Korea and consumer protection laws.

Matters not specified in this policy will be resolved through mutual consultation between the operator and the participant.
